By October 1945 a cluster of American scholars and experts were already in Tokyo, later coalescing into the Arts and Monuments Division of the Civil Information and Education Section, at the General Headquarters of the Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers. Initially led by George L. That this could be done amidst so many other pressing priorities was remarkable but not surprising, the consequence of early and far-sighted work by American scholars and policy planners started already in 1940. From the Harvard Group, the American Council of Learned Societies, and especially the American Commission for the Protection and Salvage of Artistic and Historic Monuments in War Areas (The Roberts Commission), a long and systemic preparation for the post-war period could thus lead to a meaningful and credible cultural policy under the Occupation.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10001_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"広島市立大学国際学部"}]},"item_10001_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AN10485683","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10001_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1341-3546","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_10001_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"AZIMI, Nassrine"},{"creatorName":"アジミ, ナスリーン","creatorNameLang":"ja-Kana"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"158","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"RHAM-AZIMI, Nassrine de","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"159","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2023-02-21"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"HJIS22-73.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"1.3 MB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"HJIS22-73.pdf","url":"https://hiroshima-cu.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/89/files/HJIS22-73.pdf"},"version_id":"c2573f52-736e-4d3a-a008-d49348ad4bf9"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"WWII","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"military occupation","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"post-war reconstruction","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"cultural policies","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"arts and monuments","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"cultural property protection","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"journal article","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"United States Cultural Property Policy and Occupied Japan : the Role of American Experts from the Roberts Commission to the Arts and Monuments Division","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"United States Cultural Property Policy and Occupied Japan : the Role of American Experts from the Roberts Commission to the Arts and Monuments Division"},{"subitem_title":"United States Cultural Property Policy and Occupied Japan : the Role of American Experts from the Roberts Commission to the Arts and Monuments Division","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"10001","owner":"1","path":["74"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2023-02-21"},"publish_date":"2023-02-21","publish_status":"0","recid":"89","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["United States Cultural Property Policy and Occupied Japan : the Role of American Experts from the Roberts Commission to the Arts and Monuments Division"],"weko_creator_id":"1","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-07-25T11:09:53.179340+00:00"}
