In response to clarifying the necessary aspects in terms of theory and methodology, this study identified the universal theory “AW Cycle: AccumulateWield Cycle” and the methodology “Circulation of Five Methods”. AW Cycle consists of two cycles: \"ability to accumulate\" and \"ability to wield.\" Circulation of five methods consists of 1) task skill list, 2) keywords, 3) case studies, 4) simulated training, and 5) collaboration with veteran.
