This paper reports the results of extracurricular activities “Task Force on business improvement” in which students identified problems in office work at Hiroshima City University with staff members and solved the problems by developing applications using a low-code tool. The students discovered the essential problems by interviews to staff members and observing daily work. And then the students developed applications by iterating prototyping and reviews to solve the problems.
