| 内容記述 | 広島市立大学では、自己の思考を言語化し表現できるコミュニケーション能力の修得を目指す新規科目の開設を中期計画に掲げている。そこで、2023 年度から全学共通系科目「人間関係とコミュニケーション」を新たに開設し、グループワーク中心の授業を行った。本稿では、コミュニケーション能力の向上を目指した授業「人間関係とコミュニケーション」の授業開発とその実践過程を整理するとともに、授業実践を通じて生じた効果や課題を確認することを目的とする。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | Hiroshima City University has set forth in its mid-term plan the establishment of new subjects that aim at the acquisition of communication skills to verbalize and express one's thoughts. Therefore, a new university-wide common subject, "Human Relations and Communication," was established in FY2023, and the class was centered on group work. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the development and practical process of the class "Human Relations and Communication," which aims to improve communication skills, and to confirm the effects and issues that arose through the practice of the class. | |||||||
