広島-松山間を航行中の船舶を利用して,海上で安定に電波を受信する手法及び船内での再送信技術を確立するための調査を行った結果,地形によるガードインターバル越えの遠距離反射などによる予想外の受信不能区間があることや,地上では起こり得ない隣接チャネル妨害や海面反射等による受信電界強度の大幅なレベル変動が電波の質を大きく劣化させること等が判明した.そこで,これらについて検討・対策を実施し,12セグ受信については,船体による遮蔽や受信電界強度に応じた受信アンテナの選択・使用等により航路上のほとんどの場所で受信を可能とした(改善前は20%).またワンセグ受信については船内での再送信により全区間及び全船内で受信可能となった(改善前は40%). |

We studied and investigated to realize stable reception of digital TV waves and re-transmission technology at ships connecting Hiroshima-Matsuyama. As a result, BER degradation of unexpected multi-path waves with over guard interval time, adjacent channel interference and large level changes of electric field that are characteristics of mobile ship reception occurred. Therefore, shielding of undesired waves using the ship structure and selection of receiving antennas according to electric field strength and so on are taken. By these methods, digital TV waves can be received at almost all lines and one segment reception can be available at whole cabin of a ship. |
