| 内容記述 | Koreans who were forcibly transported to Japan or who came seeking their livelihoods from the time Korean became a colony of Japan in 1910 until the conclusion of WWII on August 15, 1945 and who continue to live in Japan, as are their descendants, “Zainichi Koreans.” Zainichi Koreans have been subject to many restrictions and to racial discrimination in Japanese society, limiting the degree to which they could succeed through typical economic and work activities. Amidst these conditions, there appeared successful Zainichi Korean entrepreneurs who overcame their position as a discriminated minority and adverse conomic environments to start their own businesses. The purpose of this study is to present a framework for comprehensively analyzing how the diverse society encompassing Zainichi Korean businesses influenced Zainichi Korean Entrepreneurship and network building. | |||||||||||
